WTF...................................

This really is sounding very degrading as far as I am concerned,I hate it, I loathe it and really WTF, I need to rant it out here.....please allow me to.

My customer called me this morning saying this," Hey Eugene, I cannot purchase anymore toners from you already, cos my Alor Star PIC said your product got problem" Patiently I said to her," Can you let me have her number and let me to talk her instead"

Rudely she said," No need to talk her lah, I have talked her and she would not want to listen already" again keeping my composure i said," I think it is my responsibility to iron it out with her,may be I can explain to her and more so,I also need to know what's wrong with my product"

She said no need and she hanged up.................................after lunch,I called her again because I was determined to talk to her colleague from Alor Star who claimed that my product was no good.

I said," Miss XXX, please give me her number and let me apologize to her and to find out what's wrong,ok?" she got a bit angry, she shot back," I said no need already, she would not want to listen" now I am a bit adamant and angry (I don't care already) i said, "May be I can solve the problem and who knows may be she likes my voice" I pretended to be joking

She was not so friendly at this juncture, " I said no need means no need" and I said," Ok lah,let it be"

I am not saying I am the world's greatest salesman or having the uncanny convincing power but I do believe in myself that I can solve that problem with apology and sincerity and WTF she was not giving the chance to talk to her colleague...........................

Thanks for listening and I only took me 4 minutes odd to finish this rant

P/S : WTF.......Try Me

  2. Hi Eugene, from what you wrote, I think your customer was just giving a lousy excuse. You're a professional businessman but unfortunately this customer of yours is not professional enough. Being in business myself for more than 10 years, I can understand how you feel. I believe in good customer service but I definitely don't believe that Customer is Always Right!!!

  5. Happens with the best of us...so let it be. I am into customer relationship management and I know how it is to have customers like that. Like Yuin Ting said above, it might just be her lousy excuse. It's just another day... :)

  6. you did the right (professional) thing to enquire the reason why the PIC said your product is not good & perhaps you can help that person rectify the problem.

  8. Such a lame excuse .... There's no point of keeping good service with her.

But sometimes we need feedback to improve ourselves, eh?
