Simply da Best......

I was playing with my lil one Marvell last evening then suddenly he charged at me and gave me a bear hug and he with all the radiance on his face,he said," Papa, you are the best father in the world".

With all the syiokness i asked him why was i the best,he said it plainly," Because you are just the best lah"

He might not have all the reasons of me being the best father but with him saying that it is all suffice as far as i am concerned.

Just like us sometimes we ask God," God do you really care what i am going through ?" but when he says to us that" Son, surely i do because you are simply da best to me" do we then believe HIM. Marvell loves to tell me this, he's always wanted to be an inventor,and he wants to invent a miracle cure to kick cancer away.

P/S : When he says i am the best, that's when i am trying to be better

    Father-son bonding! Best! Very sad that many fathers do not bond so well with their kids. They do not know what they're missing...and many parents too. Too busy with their own worldly affairs to bother...

    I know exactly how you feels, same way I'd felt when Noormy said to me 'I am the best mom ever' just a day before her 'Merisik'.

    She often said that to me but that day it was deep for both of us.
