Heaven Rattles When He Prays

Most of the nights before we retire from the evening, as a family we will take turn to pray. One night when it was the turn for my youngest son Marvell to pray, i asked him to pray for a church member that i heard of who was diagnosed with cancer,,,,,,,then he Marvell began to pray.

" Lord, i thank you for my family, i thank you for my papa and mommy and my brother and also Lord i want to pray for Dr *** who is suffering from cancer, i pray that Lord you will heal her but if you really want to take her to heaven, that's ok also, in Jesus name amen"

Suddenly i was like going ga ga over his prayer but then again, i think Marvell has got his point, if we so faithfully believe HIM than we should just yield to HIM
Jovia( 翁 翊 ) on the right now 14....... Marvell (翁 唯 ) now 10..

Since small my two wonderful sons were taught to always have some hearts for others, thank God they still have this trait.

Such is the innocence of the youngs, isn't it?

P/S : sometimes it is good to be child like

  1. YES! Your son's is awesome! Sometimes we focus too much on our problem to realize what God really wants for us. Good lesson from a little boy, ♥ it! (^_^)

  2. Very true. That was the theme of my post yesterday - Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

  3. Marvell is so sweet, it's good that you taught him from young to trust in HIM and brought him up well. You seem like a great dad Eugene!

  6. it`s good to teach religious life as early as possible, very nice indeed.

like people say, a child`s prayer is the most sincere prayer in the world.

  10. Yes, such a wonderful yet powerful prayer. Little childrens' prayers are very touching, and genuine from the heart. God bless you and family, and it's good to start them young to pray for self and others. I need to pick up this habit too
