I have waited for this Day for 15 years......

Please forgive me if i sound religious on this post but i just can't contain my joy

When i first met my lovely wife fifteen years ago, she was not of the same faith as i embraced, i Christian she was like "everything goes" or an atheist the way they label it but back then i was so madly in love with her, i just knew that she was going to be a perfect wife and a wondeful mother.

For fifteen years, there was a deepest desire of mine that one day she would believe in what i believe and for the past fiftten years ,i have never pressured her in embracing the faith as i do.

The D day 29th of August 2010, i was the happiest man on this beaautiful day, for this day my prayer for 15 years has been answered, my lovely wife along with my two wonderful sons went through a ceremonious water baptism, proclaiming ther faith of being Christian.

I am sorry if you think this post of mine sounds like a religious post, please don't get me wrong, i just believe that no matter how long, if you are good and sincere in what you believe, your prayer will be answered.

I thank God for my wonderful family and i shall continue to be a great husband and a wondeful father to my two wonderful sons. I was indeed happy that my sister together with her husband and son went for the water baptism as well (my sis on the far left)

Note : I just can't contain my joy.

P/S : Prayers do come through

  6. I'm so happy for you and your family! Yes, God works in miraculous ways. Btw, I was a toddler when I prayed for my grandma's salvation... she was saved, and after she died, my grandpa gave up his idols too... today my grandma is my angel watching over me...
