What is the buzz word around this time, i mean around Chinese New Year, take a guess....... can't get it?. it is none other than the big "B" Bonus for that matter.
Some may be complaining, some may be cheering and some may be overjoying. For a friend of mine,he sure belongs to the latter. Over dinner with a few friends the other night, my good friend proudly announced that for this year, he got the fattest Bonus ever, he got about RM46 k after deducting income tax, that's sure one good news that i had heard as far as bonus and my friends are concerned.
When i asked my friend what he was going to do with the big bonus, he said he would lavish his wife with some stuffs that she has been wanting to own, i didn't ask further.
And for many of friends, many are still in the dark, there is no news or notice forth coming about the status of "Bonus" They hope they would get, they pray that they would be given and as CNY is drawing nigh, the wait is getting harder for some of them.
I checked with some friends of mine, what is the most frustrating part about getting the bonus, the conclusion is that, most of them hate it when the bonus is only released a day or two earlier prior to CNY.
I hope all of you would get a nice bonus for this year, the tiger is roaring and the blessing is outpouring.

As for me, I don't have.. i still have to fork out some money to do some repairs in the house.. sigh.. my labbie led me into trouble this time..she bit off my fren's car plate and i have to pay for that.. sigh..
ReplyDeleteWow Eugene 46k in Bonus? Your friend so lucky. Mine was bad last year and I predict it to be not so great this year either. But something is better than nothing eh?

Sigh...My deal to close a factory just fell through! So, getting a bonus looks pretty slim before new year unless a miracle happens....
