I will always treasure this moment............

Marvell was coughing badly and incessantly this morning, the coughs woke me up at about 5 am, it really pained me when I saw him coughing like this, my lovely wife woke up to boil him a cup of hotel water to soothe his cough and I..................

And I told him to come and sleep next to me, so that I could gently stroke his chest and back to make sure that he could sleep well and as I was doing it for the good 20 minutes also,Marvell tossed towards me and said with his sickly voice,"Papa,, thank you"

I looked at his steamy eyes and said,"You know son,it pains me to see you losing your sleep like this" I told him to continue this sleep and I continue to pat him too and not long, he said something again,

He said,'Papa, thank you and pleas go to sleep also, otherwise you can't go to work later and I love you"

It really warmed my heart hearing that......................................

P/S : It feels so good

  10. It moistened my eyes! I thought of my mum nursing me when I was young and often very sickly.
