This is a pathetic post

When my lovely wife accessed to my blog yesterday, she was asking me,how come there were only 2 comments in my yesterday's post,I too felt kind of funny, usually mine would be about 20 + comments left in my blog....suddenly I felt like,

I was abandoned by my friends already, suddenly nobody loved to read what I'd share already,or could it be that it was a holiday yesterday,so not much of readership, and again suddenly I came to a realization that I did clamor for the numbers of the comments..........sigh and I am only being truthful.

Can somebody tell me,could it be a some kind of attack on our blogs yesterday or could it be real that suddenly this Eugene is tossed into obscurity ? ? ? ?

P/S :No matter what it is,I still love to blog and share,I hope you share my love of this

  1. Dear Eugene,

Ahhhh it was a long weekend and I am sure many were away, including yours truly.

Do not be disheartened my friend. I am sure many read your blog...Keep writing from your heart...that is what matters most and what makes me visit your blog although I do not comment as oft as I wish.

I don't get that many comments either :-.

Take care and God bless you and your family always!

  6. Timing is one of the factor due to long holidays or some technical glitch or virus threat etc. No doubt comments are indicator but does not go in proportion to the number of hits. Sorry Bananaz have visited your blog every day but just dunno how to leave a word. Maybe next time would just leave a skin behind haha.

But right, we will still blog regardless of the number of comments.

  8. Good morning bro...aiyoh...when I get 2 comments, I'm already si beh happy lor...if I get 20 comments, I will celebrating with Pauliner (not that I don't even if I don't ...hahahaha). Yes, sometimes, it is disheartening not to get comments on some of my post...maybe because it is not interesting enough, maybe because it's boring and it does not concern those who read them (if it is being read at all...emmmm) but....at the end of the day, I'm writing it always remembering my initial objective...it's for me, to constantly remind me (when I start to lost my memory as I grow older), it's for my children, to let them know the pain, the adventure and the joy I had bringing them into the world and bringing them up and to my partner and soul mate, to thank her for being there and being part of this interesting journey and adventure...So cheer up bro..even if I don't comment does not mean that I did not leave my footprint in your blog...Looking forward to that pint of pints of Pauliner with you soon....:)

  12. I don't get even 10 comments on my posts usually...so it's okay, isn't it? :)

And of course, there are always people who read and leave the page without commenting. Check the site hit counter. That gives a better picture :)

    Re. Wabbitfoot's comment:
I'm on EDGE most of the time. Paying RM98 per month for 3G...but all the time, so very slow and gets disconnected ever so often... EDGE also slow, but better! How I've been suffering... Sobssss!!!!!
