"I am writing this email to your goodself is to remind you that prior to delivering our product to your company as reguested by you, we had verbally agreed that payment should be received by us upon receiving the goods, however this is not seem to be so for we have not received the said payment for more than 2 weeks now.
I have called you personally umpteen times and I regarded it that you were truly helpful to sort out the issue for me, sadly nothing positive has come out of it, I even called up Eason as instructed by you but Eason was not even courteous enough to answer my call(S), so you can’t blame me for having a not so nice impression of your establishment for the amount due is only a mere RM100.00.
Personally as a business man, I believe fundamentally speaking “TRUST” should be the cornerstone to establish any business relationship and as a businessman, I feel ashamed of myself to even write this email to you for a mere RM100.00, however said the onus is on me as the Director of Ascend Office Solutions S/B to recover overdue payments however small the amount can be.
Looking forward ( I hope I can be) to receive positive reply from you."
The above is the copied email i sent to a customer requesting for a mere RM100.00 overdue payment, who happened to visit our online store,requesting for some products, by the virtue of it,for online purchase, it is to pay before send,somehow i did the otherwise, allowing them to pay me after receiving of the goods, for it was only a mere RM100.00, the company was in Penang and they claimed that it was very urgent....and I just wanted to be nice sometimes so i thought.
My frustration is why took me for a ride for a mere RM100.....................

that's explain why sometimes some company stick to their so call policy to collect payment first before delivery.. too many of these 'donkeys' around trying to fool us..

Why be a 'bad leg' over RM100 next time con you on a bigger sum of RM100m more worth it mah muahaha juz kidding adding more salt into injury making you more frus bro hehe. Sometimes I wonder how bizman thinks and operate their biz. Could it be a miscommunication as there is a middle man involved? Hope you clear this small issue with ease.

ReplyDeletethe world is filled with such people. when we are nice people tend to take advantage. same thing happen to me a while back. I was not paid for service rendered, though it was agreed before hand. if fact she insisted I be compensated for my time, but after everything was over nicely buat tak tahu and I am so malu to ask. I don't mind if they short want to cheat me but I have gone all the way to rope in two friends who came in to help. since I did not receive my payment I cannot pay them. I feel real bad. so in future I must be smart to avoid this type of people. once is enough.even if it means to part company so be it.
