"I am writing this email to your goodself is to remind you that prior to delivering our product to your company as reguested by you, we had verbally agreed that payment should be received by us upon receiving the goods, however this is not seem to be so for we have not received the said payment for more than 2 weeks now.
I have called you personally umpteen times and I regarded it that you were truly helpful to sort out the issue for me, sadly nothing positive has come out of it, I even called up Eason as instructed by you but Eason was not even courteous enough to answer my call(S), so you can’t blame me for having a not so nice impression of your establishment for the amount due is only a mere RM100.00.
Personally as a business man, I believe fundamentally speaking “TRUST” should be the cornerstone to establish any business relationship and as a businessman, I feel ashamed of myself to even write this email to you for a mere RM100.00, however said the onus is on me as the Director of Ascend Office Solutions S/B to recover overdue payments however small the amount can be.

The above is the copied email i sent to a customer requesting for a mere RM100.00 overdue payment, who happened to visit our online store,requesting for some products, by the virtue of it,for online purchase, it is to pay before send,somehow i did the otherwise, allowing them to pay me after receiving of the goods, for it was only a mere RM100.00, the company was in Penang and they claimed that it was very urgent....and I just wanted to be nice sometimes so i thought.
My frustration is why took me for a ride for a mere RM100.....................
