There is one thing that really can make me happy when i am stressed out, when i am not feeling up to anything at all, when i feel like i lose the steam of life, i would just hit the road and start running.
I was there in the crowd of runners, a total about 1000 of us, getting ready to run 26 km, my first time ever to do this distance of 26 km. Before i began, i was not so confident of hitting the sub 3 hours and 10 minutes qualifying time.
To me it was a punishing and tiring run of 26 km and i finally made it in 2 hours and 53 min, i was ecstatic and jubilant about my achievement seriously speaking, it has given me the inspiration to embark on my first full Marathon training this coming November. I will sure go for it one....... here i come the 42 km.
I would like to share a testimony on behalf of a new like minded friend i met from the run, she was about 92 kg and after a year of running, she shed about 22 kg and that's how great running can help one to achieve good health at the same time losing weight
Running can make you feel good, sexy and beautiful......trust me for it.
