Mo Kat Ya Shau......Happy Birthday

Today is my mom's 74th birthday which is the 8th of February........may the good Lord grant her continue health and happiness.

Mom......I remember your scarifices. I remember the times you worked that extra hours to earn that extra money to cook me my favourite "curry mutton"

It is still clear in my memory bank how you forgo your own enjoyment just to save enough to buy me my first motorbike.

I can still recall, how you cycled to work as a domestic helper in supporting us ,eventually how it was kind of absurd for you to learn to ride a bike in your 40s,probably you thought you could be faster for you to come from work to cook us dinner instead of cycling after the passing of dad.

I must say,it is still clear as far as i am concerned, the times when you were worried sick about everyone of your children when they ran into all sorts of problems. Thank You.

Mom, I am sorry if i had been a black sheep in the family or even today if i am still the trouble maker in the family,of which i never intended to be or is it just a mere perception that i am one, it really does not matter, for you to me are still the greatest.

Even when there were time or are times, when we both cannot see eye to eye with the actions of yours,i conclude now that it is too superflous to be of any concern now for you are my mom.

Happy Birthday mom, i hope you can see me as a son who truly loves you and appreciates you.

P/S : Mama I love You

  12. Right there will be absolutely no overnight enmity when comes to mother & son or families and if possible to apply to all people in general. Easier said than done but we should try..
