Last week today, i had a wonderful gathering of my old primarily classmates of whom we'd known one another for about 38 years now, since we were 7 years old and now we are all 45.mmmm how time flies.
Among my classmates, some are rich (millionaire status), some are divorced, some are doing ok, some are doing not so right, some are hawkers but we have all one thing in common, we cherish those six years from 1974 to 1980 we were together, the kuai lan (mischeavous)of the boys and the beauty of the girls.
I heard it from one of my friends' account of how his wife contracted multiple cancer of breast and cervical which happened to be stage 4, i was relieved to hear that his wife was doing all right now,,, thank god for it..
At the end of the gathering, we pledge to hold such gathering at least once a year untill each of us slowly fades away,(if you know what i mean) hahahhaah.
P/S : CHERISH is a beautiful word................
