He almost ruined my Friday...............

I have a pact with myself no matter what, i will not let anything dampen the spirit of my joyous Friday but on the contrary i almost let a Micheal screw it up for me today during lunch, so the story goes.

Got to to know this Micheal who is a will writer, estate planner, financial consultant cum insurance agent through a good friend a year and half ago, back then i oked with me to tell me more about the will writing aspect of it, he took my number down but never called.

Then a few months down the road, crossed path with him again, he forgot my name but he knew who i was then he said something like this back then," Hey so when you wanna get your will written ?." i didn't mean rude so i responded, " can lah" and as usual he took my phone again and he was as if dissapeared in thin air untill this afternoon.

I saw him coming into the coffeeshop, i was trying to dodge him but he saw me, without asking he grabbed a seat and got himself sharing table with me, few pleasantries exchanged like " how are you" "How's business" then he asked again," so when are you going to get your will written?" he asked as if i owed him an explaination.

Feeling agitated, i bluffed him telling him that i did it already,done by my sister in law. Without asking further, he shot at me," Hey,(still cant remember my name), it is dangerous lah, you cannot let your relative draw up your will for your family," i was fuming at this junture though i didn't show it, i said" I could trust my sister in law"

At this point, he acted a bit professionally sensing my dipleasure i guess and said," so if you have anything you dont know can consult me" ok i said,cooled a bit already.

Not long after that he asked me another question," So where you keep your will", i said " with my sister" quickly he intercepted," Ai yo, you are not smart to do like that, dangerous lah."

I was mad but trying not to offend him, i chased finish my coffee"0" and telling him i got to run, he asked for my card, told him i didn't have it with me, he passed me his card, i declined telling him i could still remember his phone number (what a bull shit)

Frustrated back to the office, wrote about this unprofessionally professional will writer.............
