For the first time after all these years,I mean after all these 46 years of my life,I celebrated CNY with my 74 years old sister, okay she is my half sister.
You see it had always been my late father's dream to see his children from the "both sides" to come together and the sad thing was he never got to see it during his living years, so he passed his baton to me,(hahhahahaahah) .
May be it has got to do with age, when one is getting advance in age,one tends to see thing different, one tends to be more gracious to forget the "past" and to reconnect and reunited.
I have seen many old folks living in remorse, not willing to let go,holding grudges, unforgiving and what would come out of their lives would be mostly misery.
In the middle my 74 years old half sister and on the left my real beautiful sister. When I looked at the a frail 74 years old sister of mine and who is slowly being taken into the state of senility, I realized in the end "money" has no significance or bearing in life anymore.
Note : I did some calculation taken into my sister's age of 74, I've got a shocked that my late father got married at the age of 18,that's my man.
P/S : Sometimes it is hard to forgive but it will be harder not to
First time in her 74 years, a very wonderful memory that you have got her this CNY.
