Get that body moving,,,,,,

Par 1)

Come every 29th of Sept, and for the past 16 years or so, i have never missed to wish someone special, (who is my ex colleague) a "happy birthday" she is the only ex colleague of mine whose birthday i remember till now.So this year i went to her office to give her a impromtu visit, wanted to take her out for lunch but she had prior arrangement.. (next time only Fion). She had been very helpful to me while i was still a greehorn in our previous office, giving me the help when i most needed it, to that i say "thank you, Fion"

Part 2)

While i was in Fion's office, i spent sometime talking to another ex collegue, who is married with 3 children, and talked about anything that encircling the issues of family, children, sex, keeping fit , divorce and whatever not.

So as we chatted along, i asked her if she could spend times doing exercise, and she told me she had no time at all for herself,( i guess many of you working moms would indentify with her), she said litterally she had all her time devoted to her family.

In ways to encourage her to really get on with some exercise regimes, i shared this opinion of mine with her, i told her it was very noble and great that one should do one's best for the family, and assuming you devote 100 % of yourself to the family, would it be nice and fair for you to take 10% out of 100 % for yourself, i guess she agreed with me.

I told her about my lovely wife, she could have said,she had got no time, but she is adamant to really squeez sometime out to go for her run,her tennis, her swim, she wanted to be fit and to look good.

Dear May, i have prove to show you what i said was true about my wife, the above is the testimony of my wife regular exercises that resulted in her even beating her male colleagues in a running competition.

Q)Do yo really believe you dont have time to exercise?

  1. I got time to exercise... but it is dangerous to exercise outside now with no proper companion...

    I do my at home but I tend to get lazy after while with no motivation or companion again... sighs~

  4. I can't live without exercising. The good hormones, endorphins, is great for our mood and daily well -being! Anyway, not easy to get my wife to exercise.

  5. Wow, your wife really can run. Like me always tend to find hundred and one reason that I can't do exercise today or tomorrow. I am working on that and hope that I will be running everyday soon.

  15. oh gosh.. I am Guilty! I never exercise much..lest alone go jogging and all.. seeing this post reminds me to be more health conscious.. eat and sit, eat and sleep.. that seems to be what im doing..!

  18. i need exercise so bad, i'm turning to monster already, but something to share, when you are in stress or low self esteem, you just give up everything and just let it be, i dont know when i can change it and be a healthy person again, :(

  19. Yea! I try my very best to go to gym workout two or three times a week. I always feel good after a good gym workout and sweat myself, i feel more fresh and it's a good way to destress too.
