There were times, you were angry with me because you thought i was unreasonable......I am sorry but i know you do love me.......................

There were times, i was angry with you too, when you disobey me and you heeded me not.......Don't worry son........you must know that i love you .

There were times you said that you were so proud of me that i was the greatest father of all... i appreciate it for i know you love me dearly.................

As for me, i am always proud of you son, even though i was wrong, you were right, i was right and you were wrong......then again you must always know that i love you.

I was so happy when once you told me you wanted to grow up to be like me "really loving one woman only" ,, i said don't worry son one day you would grow up to be a fine young God fearing man.....................

You know son, when i see the your glasses smogged with tears when i scold you, it makes me feel sad, please just remember this i do this for i only want you to be a better man.

You are a big boy now and papa must learn to let you find your own footing but you must always remember that family is still the best.....................

From 1966 to 2010.....

If you subtract 2010 from 1966 the equation is 44, if 44 is just a number then i guess today will be just another number even if it might be something kind of special though, it is still just another number.

44 thus far has brought me a lot of joy since i got back to HIM, 44 has made me realized that all the ups and downs, heartaches and frustration will eventually amount to nothing if i had HIM and my family with me.

The way to 44, made some friends, lost some too, was misunderstood but i failed to understand as well and starting from 44 i seek to understand then to be understood.

It is ok if the number 44 makes my hair a little grayer than it was at 42, even if 44 yields more furrows on my face than 43, i am still very proud with the number 44.

Happy Birthday to myself, yes i am 44 today 26th of October..............

This Boy..................

My Marvell shared this with me and my lovely wife...he said one day the teacher cautioned the students in his class.....

Teacher," Class, from tomorrow onwards, please do not bring any valuables to the school,ok?" then Marvell responded like this.

Marvell," So teacher, tomorrow i can't come to school already because my life is very valuable ." and we had a great laugh.

By the way this wondeful boy of mine Marvell Ung Wew is 9 years old today the 25th of October,, darling i love you a lot and Happy Birthday Be a good boy ya and God Bless.
