Houston, are you ready ?

Finally,I have my first full marathon running bib ready for the upcoming Penang Bridge International Marathon on the 18th of November 2012..............

I am no longer scared to face my maiden long distance challenge, for the whole of this week leading up to the big race, all I need to do is to prep myself with some tapering and loads of mental preparation...............

Life is loads of fun, knowing that what lies ahead is a big challenge and when one is prepared to face it audaciously..............

Note : I like my bib number 2313

从起点开始,就让我克服那个等着我的终点,在长长的跑途中,伴着我的也许只有他。。。我的信念,,我可以把它完成的

    1. Too late to say that already lah STP. It's the race week already. Time to taper and wait for race day which is this Sunday!

No point racking up mileage now. Just easy runs will do leading up to Sunday. ;)
