I used to hate it , am now proud of it........

When i was in my teen years, there was one thing about me that i hated so much, just wish i could use C4 to blow them up once and for all, i got jeered at,made fun of, all because of my two front teeth.

You see, i have these two front teeth that protruded like the Vampire's fangs, albeit not as obvious as his but the effect remained the same, i thought my whole good look(sorry exaggerate a bit) is marred and i could no longer find girl friend, it was kind of miserable back then until one fine day one girl commented that i looked cute like those Japanese with the jagged teeth, only then i felt proud of myself.

I was reading some online news the other day about deaths resulting from going under the knives for plastic surgery, looking at some photos, some already looked pleasant before the surgery and yet they chose to "enhance " with risk to beautify themselves further.

Let me just call this "Aesthetic Accidents" Many cases of these AA have been reported, bust enlargement surgeries gone awry, instead from cup A to cup C, it went straight to Cup F and dangling, instead of snipping double eye lid,it just got the eyes ripped and lastly but not finally instead of deepen the cleavage, it just got widened.

To me,it is necessary or even imperative for us to look nice, it gives us good feeling, it boosts our confidence, it exudes sense of self loving but my question is why can't we enhance it with what we already have, instead of giving it the Add On.

Let's go back to the fundamental, exercise, eat well, be proud of who you are and what you are and learn to love just the way you are.....................

If you have not been exercising, make it point to start, if you are feeling not so nice because your friends like to talk to the other person who is better looking than you are, don't fret, they are not worthy to be your friends(moreover God never judges by one's look)

If you hate yourself for failing umpteen times to shed those weights, don't take it too hard upon yourself, your values are built on who you really are and not on the kilos you lose or fail to lose and in the event that your friends think that you are not hip, not fashionable enough to be in the loop with them, care not for they are truly not the bonafide friends worth keeping.

Just remember there are true friends out there who can really take you as who you really are, your look, your sexual orientation and one thing for sure above all, there is God who sees you as precious as gold, silver and diamond combined.

有了内在美,才可以展露真实与持久的外在美。。。。。。。。。。。。。

P/S : Learn to love yourself more, hence you will be oblivious to what others think of you

  3. Well, bro... there are people who just can't live with imperfections. But if they're truly your friends, they'd accept you the way you are, the way you have been, and the way you'll always be.

  4. You? Aiyor...you're so handsome leh? But beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder...and real beauty is when one can look beyond the physical attributes and see what lies within. You look at my teeth - one look and the dentist would faint! - but I think I'm beautiful...in some ways and to a certain extent...and hence the name, sui + tuapui! LOL!!!

  9. I considered myself to be attractive at times. I'm ugly when I'm having a bad acne outbreak and once a while I would like to have a sharper nose.

Beauty is only skin deep and in the eyes of a beholder.

  10. I think I am overweight and actually sick of it because the 'perfect person' around me said I am look like a dugong...
Yes, its hurt. I wont deny it...But when I look from the positive corner, seriously I am proud of myself!
I am honest with myself, I don't pretend, I can read great books (in english ~ where that perfect person cannot do)...Most of all, Mr. M said he loves me just the way I am :)

  11. "cute like those Japanese" hahaha, that's the boosting line, isn't it?

I'll just be content of who and what I am. Every God's creation is unique. There's reason behind, when God creates us imperfect.

  18. Because we're an imperfect human so we keep learning during our lifetime and try to be better person, if we're perfect we will feel that we don't need God existence. Being imperfect, it makes us aware that we're only a weak human.
I'm against PLASTIC SURGERY! God is the best artist and we shouldn't doubt His ability la hahah
